As licensed architects, T2studio offers 40 years of combined experience in architecture and design, spanning project scales from small residential renovations and additions to large ground-up commercial buildings. T2studio’s process follows each project from its preliminary stages through its final completion.

Master Planning

T2studio has comprehensive master-planning experience for State Colleges throughout Massachusetts and Upstate New York as well as for faith-based organizations throughout Connecticut. The same master planning process and principles have also been applied to the many Space Planning Studies T2studio has performed over the years for various institutional and community-based organizations.

Existing Conditions Assessments

Due diligence is very important when dealing with existing buildings. A comprehensive existing conditions assessment can assist clients in planning for capital projects as well as much needed repairs and maintenance. The more analysis and planning done upfront, the easier the implementation process will be moving forward. T2studio services in this category include existing conditions assessments, code reviews and zoning studies.

Cabinetry Design

T2studio has over 12 years of experience in the design and procurement of cabinetry for both residential and commercial clients. Attention to detail is the key to each thoughtful, efficient, and successful design.

Project Management

Effective Project Management ensures that each piece of the puzzle is coordinated and accounted for all while keeping the client’s vision, goals and expectations in mind. T2studio’s training and acquired experience have shaped our ability to understand the big picture as well as the fine details of a project. T2studio provides services as a third-party Project Management team to assist clients in keeping the scope, budget and schedule in check throughout a project’s implementation.
